At Afnan Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the perfume bottle is in its original, sealed cellophane packaging and place it securely in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm it is unopened, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
